Mga Baristas ... share ko lang itong mga pix ko nung 4th year ko sa ating Alma Mater Araullo High School- 1977.

Padre Paura St. sa tapat ng WPD. Check out ninyo ang parang walis na mga bell bottoms. Siga talaga ang 'dating' ko noh ... no wonder itinapon ako sa pinakatutong na section (second to the last ... IV-37) ha ha ha.

Mga lakwatsero sa Luneta! Pumasok naman kayo, puro basag ulo at lakwatsa ang inaatupag ninyo!

Wala lang! Naisipan lang magpa-picture. Crush ko talaga yang teacher namin sa Physics, saka she talk me into going to college to take up Engineering.

Graduation Day circa 1977!!! Again, second to the last section na umakyat ng stage ... IV-37 ba naman eh.

Sa totoo lang mga Batsmeyts, medyo nasaktan ako nung maitapon ako sa III-30. Nagkahiwa-hiwalay tayo after the First 2 years natin. Tinanggap ko naman after a while kasi nga - I really like Practical Arts (Vocational). Nagamit ko naman lahat ng natutunan ko dun in my everyday life ... like Woodworking, Metal Shop, Radio Electronics at Automotive. Ako na ang nagkukumpuni ng mga appliances sa bahay (refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, vaccum cleaner, dish washer, at kung ano ano pa ... lalo na ang kotse, nire-wire ko ang Toyota Corolla at Toyota Celica ko nuon). Pati na rin carpentry work at plumbing. It saves me money and the great feeling of self fullfilment na naayos ko. Also, like I mentioned before - I found my true self nung mapawalay ako sa inyo nuon. Lumabas ang natural-born leader traits ko, saka risk-taker talaga ako. Come what may 'ika nga. Mga Barista dyan na may mga itinatago na pix lalo na nung High School days natin, paki-post lang.

Wow naman Ehris you still have this picture ang galing mo naman na keep mo pa ito. Ako wala nang naitabing pictures since nang mag move kami sa GMA Cavite noong 1986 na wala nang lahat. Ehris do you still remember those times when our group would go to the skating rink sa Luneta???

Hi Susan, yes tandang tanda ko pa yung mga good old days na yun, diba i mentioned before sa yo on my previous post about a guy named "Rey Dizon"
diba crush na crush ka nun, and ngayon ko lang sasabihin sa yo, crush na crush ko naman yun, hahaha. Panay nga ang punta natin sa skating rink, naalala mo pa yung other guy? yung mataba sya pero sobrang bait din, diba andun tayo sa loob ng rink mismo most of the time, at tayo yung nagpapaikot nung globe and nag-pe play ng music? Tapos si Rey, lagi nating kasama pati sa bahay nyo somewhere malapit sa Taft Avenue? Those were really the good old days anoh? hahaha, sarap balikan, so innocent, so naive, so simple yet we all have a great time bonding!

Hi Freddie, wow naunahan mo ako mag-lagay ng caption sa pics buti na lang tanda mo rin tayong lahat anoh? Yung teachers - diba si Miss Lavinia yung second one before Miss Reyes, yung una, i forgot her name pero she taught us Maths at that time. I'm sure tuwang-tuwa ka nung makita mo pics natin, memories ba? ha ha ha. Kaya nga naalala kita agad when i first joined our site kasi nga classmate tayo nung 1st year. Hintay natin say ni Bogs Papa pag nakita nya itong pics na ito, i'm sure matutuwa rin sya!

Hi Nette, your welcome, naalala mo pa ba meron tayong so called club nuon? Pinagsama-sama lahat ng initials natin, i just can't remember kung ano, basta 12 lahat na names, si Yogee yung may pakana nun, tapos diba panay din punta natin sa bahay nila sa Pasay? Also sa bahay nila Ate She - (Daisy), saka kila Cathy pag may ensayo tayo sa choir? Sana nga ma-locate natin ulit kung nasaan talaga si Yogee anoh? Diba they migrated sa Canada ba or sa US? Tanda mo pa ba yung crush na crush nya na guy named "Bobby Taylor"? Bukang-bibig ni Yogee yun all the time. Yung katabi nya nga pala is Sylvia ?, Tapos yung teacher natin wearing glasses is Mrs Adamos? Diba English ang tinuturo nya sa atin? That's as far as i could remember. Pero masaya talaga to look back at all of those days!

Hi Pareng James, oh kita mo me nahukay din ako sa baul ko anoh? Kita mo ba sa pic sa ESES si Pareng Roel? Hintayin natin comment ni Mareng Letty anoh? Nakakatuwa talaga tingnan yung mga pictures na yan, it brought back a lot of good old memories, parang kelan lang! Sana meron pa tayong mahanap na more old pictures anoh? Nasunugan kasi kami sa Paco way back, nasa HK na ako noon, hindi ko nga matandaan how i still have these photos! Me yearbook din ako, so i could look back lahat how we looked like before, hahaha! Minsan i'll scan them yung mga section ng andito sa site natin, so as they can see for themselves!

Hi Ehris, yung katabi mo is Miss Lavina, Filipino techer. then si Miss Reyes-Social Studies, followed by Mrs. Navera-English, adviser namin sa I-1.Nakalimutan ko yung sumunod na teacher but I remember siya ang science teacher natin nung first year.

I never imagined na hindi ko classmate nung first year si Yogee and si Nanette. Kaya pala wala silang dalawa sa class pictures namin nila Prislette, Cynthia, Ohmed, Pye and Dodie. Akala ko absent lang. Memory gap talaga ano?

Naks ha, ang ku-cute naman ng mga old pictures that you've posted here. Mabuti pa kayo ay may mga naitabi or nai-saved, since bahain ang San Andres Bukid, kung saan kami lahat ipinanganak na magkakapatid, nag-aral at nakatapos, kapag biglang taas ng baha, hindi agad namin naagapan ang drawers namin at nandoon ang mga albums and pictures namin. May ibang nai-saved pero wala yung mga kuha sa school. Sayang talaga, kaya makikitingin na lang ako sa mga pictures ninyo ha! For sure, I will let Roel view those pictures too & let's see what will be his reaction or comment, ok!

Hi Ehris, Nanette, Susan A and Jun Papz - I tried naming our l-2 classmates doon sa picture shared by Ehris doon sa ating Posterity page dito sa FM. I almost named them all so please help me out doon sa na missed ko. While typing the names of our classmates a series of flashback hit me,
*Manuel Alvarez was elected class President due to his tough guy look but with soft spoken personality
* Samuel Gathercole and George Cunanan were the girl's apple of the eye
* Freddie Nicdao a Promdi who had difficulty in English pronounciation bagong salta kasi sa Manila,
* Noemi Tumbukon was for me the cuttiest girl in class because of her pint size and skin color .
*Edgardo Mina the bully of the class
* S i Daisy at Silvia ang female Guidaben ng Class
* Edgardo Esparas the Nerd looking guy sa due to his thick eye glasses and my first close friend
* Teresa Farinas - my Christmass Monita na niregaluhan ko ng Pretzel
